The preservation of the content and the disclosure of it when it is required, in case, the law requires it, the company would do that. DESIGN FILES:

Ecopackprinter offers the great ability to provide files for designs. Though the files would be carrying designs with low resolution. To buy the designs file with higher resolution the customer may contact the account assistant or our sales support team to get assistance to order that against charges. CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK:

It is suggested to upload your creative for designing the product in CMYK format that should have at least 300 dpi resolution because any format in RGB may cause changes in the final product. It is because before getting the prototype of the product translated into real products, the creative or the artwork is converted in CMYK which may cause it to lose any colour or its shades.

PROOFING:

After getting the order discussed, negotiated and designs finalized, the same would be sent in written form with details and also the job specification sheet to the customer to be reviewed carefully before the production process starts. This would also include other than other details, the level of efficiency of the work process, time and dates of shipping and all other specifications of the whole project assigned to the company with the terms agreed upon. The customer would be approved to get the production process started. Ecopackprinter would not be taking responsibility afterwards claimed by the customer to be the company’s liability which would not be mentioned in this last written approval of the project with its details agreed upon.

Ecopackprinter would not be taking responsibility for those changes which would be agreed upon later but would not be added there into this final proof of agreement. It is important to let you know that the products would be produced according to the proofs that would be written not only the verbally communicated thing would get into consideration practically until or unless it would be notified and added into these written proofs by the customer.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review and proofread every detail carefully once they are emailed to him. It is because if there were found any error later with the product because of fault in these proofs, the customer would be responsible not the company.

CUTTING & FINISHED SIZE LIMITATIONS:

Because of limitations inherent in all printing processes, the accuracy of cutting is not guaranteed and by placing an order with us you agree to this limitation. All finished product sizes, including packaging, can have size variations of up to 1/8″ in any of the dimensions (height, width, and length) in either direction.

Let us enlighten you about the printing process which does not have precise results as per the limitation of the apparatuses used in it. There may be variations up to 1/8” in the dimensions and directions of the designs etc. Any cuts, lines, or designs may slide up or down or at any angle up to 1/8″. This is already informed to make sure that no product would be redesigned or reproduced with new specifications. Nor there would be any refund in such a case.

MATERIALS:

We are using paper and card stock which has its particular quality. If your project requires any certain quality you need to discuss it in time.

COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS:

Ecopackprinter will help you get the printed products with the colour as there in the design files as closely as possible which would be finally uploaded for the print products and approved by the customer. The printing apparatuses have limitations due to which the same colour print and the same colour density would not be guaranteed by the company. Though it would be 90 percent as same as agreed upon for the design of the product. Likewise, if you want to order products while submitting print-ready files, Ecopackprinter would not be responsible for the colour production for it.

Ecopackprinter would send the screen proofs and once they are approved by the customer, it would not be the responsibility of Ecopackprinter if the customer later does not approve the produced goods after approval. There would be utmost try to match the colours in duo-tone but its final production would be for which Ecopackprinter will not be responsible unless or until the customers have ordered colour match proof also. Likewise, it is to inform you that lamination also changes or may change the colour appearance for which the company is not liable.

INDEMNITY:

It is your responsibility and you do agree that you would always defend and indemnify Ecopackprinter for all that content that has been used by the company while obtaining due license for its usage from any third party. Likewise, you would be liable for paying fees arising due to your breach of the terms and conditions agreed upon with us. You would have to indemnify if any cost arises due to the claims by any third party for the content usage which is provided by you to design the product.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Order can be cancelled only when the printing process is not started. Once it is commenced you would have to follow up and you would have to pay and accept the shipment. Although you may cancel the order at particular stages of production there would be also cancellation charges for which you would be liable to pay.

Important instructions and agreements related to order placing are:

  1. Customers need to place orders online ultimately.
  2. In case of any redesign of any product or to bring changes in the prototype for the final production, the work would be done in the design department
  3. All orders placed are to be sent to press for the final production for sure.
  4. Designated companies already mentioned to the customer would be collecting the consignment once the order is ready and would ship it to the already agreed-upon locations with the charges already approved.

You need to be vigilant while making sure that if you want to cancel any order you need to do so immediately before letting the production process reach stage 2. In this case, you would have to pay 15 dollars plus 5% of the full payment processing and other bank charges.

In case the orders are cancelled at stage 2, a minimum expense would be 20% of the total payment for the order. That is the cancellation fee charged to the customer. That is to compensate the expenses to cover the team which had already worked to develop your whole design and also the processing team.

At the third, stage it is not always the case we can cancel the order. It depends upon the nature of the project on which we are working. In case, we successfully try to cancel the order, that we do not guarantee, a minimum of 50% of the total payment of the project would have to be paid by the customer. It would be to cover expenses. In the fourth stage, the order cannot be cancelled nor ever after it.

DESIGN ORDERS:

Once an order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for any design services orders.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

The printed products are customized to suit the unique needs and choices of the customers that is why if we find any error after the production of goods in our processing then we reprint the products, and the order would still not be cancelled nor the refund would be there in this case.

REPRINTS AFTER DELIVERY:

The customer needs to get it identified within three working days if he finds any damage, fault or missing items in the orders shipped to them. Ecopackprinter will not be liable after 3 days of shipment. In case, defects damages or problems of any kind are identified within 3 working days, the customer would have to return at least 90% of the delivered order to the company within 10 days of the initial delivery date of the order. There would be no returns but reprinting with improvements. Expenses relevant to expedited printing are not refunded even for not the orders that are returned.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Ecopackprinter will be taking care of the safety of the finished goods while shipping them to the customer. There may be more than one shipment to send quality products and for timely delivery. Still, there may be a delay in the shipment. Ecopackprinter would not be responsible for the consequences due to the delay though there is always policy to be punctual observed. There may be delays due to multiple issues such as

  • Technical problems
  • Weather problems
  • Shipping agents’ delaying for reasons
  • Shipping company delaying for reasons
  • International issues related to trade
  • Equipment failure
  • International issues due to multiple reasons etc.

Production time and shipment dates may get delayed for multiple reasons which are out of the company’s control. For any such cause, the company would not be held responsible for the loss due to delays. It is not the right of the customer to cancel any order due to delay. In some cases only, there may be a refund of rush charges or expedited fees.

SHIPMENT CLEARANCE THROUGH BROKER:

In case, any broker is engaged by the customer for customs clearance, then the company would not be held liable for any delay. The sole responsibility in this case would be of the broker for timely clearance. Even, the company would not be liable to provide the required information to the broker for the proceeding. The broker should have both information and the skill to perform the function with which the company has nothing to do. Any fees or dues related to delays due to the broker would not be concerning to the company. The company would not be liable for these fees or costs to pay. Even this delay in customs clearance or any other kind of delay in shipping which would be outside the control of the company cannot give right to customer to cancel the order.

 

PRODUCTION SPEED & SHIPPING METHODS:

To meet customer requirements, we offer the following production speed options:

We have multiple levels of efficiency. The speed with which the orders can be prepared are as follows:

 

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME

This is standard production time which takes 12 to 16 business days after the whole design is prepared and even the order is approved by the customer. Within these days, the products are shipped to the client.

 

PRIORITY Production Time

The company can work faster in case the customer has shown some urgency to get the order shipped to him for his project. This requires 8 working days for the final shipment after the final approval of the order by the customer. But it takes extra cost to be paid by the customer as it helps meet your deadlines and causes greater expense to the company.

 

EXPRESS Production Time

It takes six days to get the order shipped to the customer after final approval by the client. This also requires additional fees to be paid by the customer.

 

It is informed here that the standard time required for the final shipment of the products to the customer may get delayed for reasons out of the control of the company for which the company cannot be held responsible. Likewise, this standard period is only an estimated time required as per the history of the orders worked on.

In case, the final job specification sheet along with the final proofs are submitted or emailed to the company after 12:00 PM, one more day to the production time of the company for printing the products.

 

It is to make you notice that in case you want to have an urgent or any requirement related to the date of the delivery of the products then you need to inform the company before placing an order. In case, you have any urgency, and you did not inform about it to the company nor did you make it identified to the company later before approval of the order, the company would not be responsible for any loss of yours in case of missing any deadlines. This is also the responsibility of the client to make it identified in written form in the approved job specification sheet so that it may be worked on by the company.

 

For all the orders within the United States, the customers can enjoy the free delivery of the products via ground shipping. It takes usually 5 working days once the production is done. A fee would be charged additionally for the faster delivery means.

DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES:

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inspect the shipment carefully before accepting it. It would be the customer’s liability to make sure the goods are not carrying any visible sign of damage or any missing items in comparison to the lists displayed on the closed packaging invoices or slips. It is to be done before accepting the delivery.

In case of any damage or missing items, or any other problem with the shipment, the customer is required to notify the company and also the courier company immediately. This is required to be filed within 3 working days from the date of the delivery. Ecopackprinter is not liable for the problems such as damage or missing items, caused by the shipping company or any other third party.

 

It is a suggestion offered by Ecopackprinter to order 10% more than the required quantity of the products. This is because Printing trade standards have the flexibility to some extent and leave margin for underages or overages of up to 5%. There are usually some items/products more than the order placed and those extra are free of cost. But it is only sometimes, when it happens that there may be fewer pieces be less than the ordered quantity.

 

In case, the shipping address has not been filled properly by the customer, then it would charge the customer an extra fee to be paid. Additional shipping and handling charges for packages to be reshipped because of the mistake committed by the customer.
